When the school day ends, the Y steps in to support your family with safe, enriching after-school care. Kids’ Zone combines fun, learning, and friendship—giving kids a place to unwind, engage, and thrive. It’s more than childcare—it’s a foundation for confidence and growth.

Safe, Structured, and Supported

Designed for school-age children ages 5-12, Kids’ Zone includes daily enrichment activities, physical play, homework support, and healthy snacks. We provide transportation from Marinette and Menominee schools, so your child’s day continues with ease and encouragement in a trusted environment.

Program Offered

  • Afterschool-5:30 PM
  • Monday- Friday weekly
  • School ages 5-12

Pricing:

  • Members | $25/ week*
  • General Public | $50/ week*

+ one-time $25 registration fee per child

*Financial assistance is made available through our YMCA’s Annual Campaign

Busing

Busing provided from both school districts Marinette and Menominee –

ALL BUSING ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE ATTENDING THE PROGRAM

  • Marinette Families – set up busing arrangements through Right Way Busing

Special Occasions

  • Programming offered on scheduled early release days
  • No programming offered on scheduled days off of school, and when both Marinette and Menominee School Districts are cancelled.
