Our group fitness classes are more than workouts—they’re communities of encouragement and motivation. Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or pushing yourself in HIIT, every class is led by certified instructors who meet you where you are.
Classes for Every Body
From cardio and strength to mind-body and active older adult classes, we offer a full schedule to suit every age, ability, and fitness level. Drop in and discover the energy and accountability that comes from moving together.
Unable to commit to the full fitness session, but would like to still participate when your schedule allows – “DROP IN”. Attend your favorite class any time there’s room. Make sure you have a form of payment linked to your account. Get a drop in card for your favorite class as early as 1hr up to a few minutes before the class begins. The instructor will help let you know if there’s room for drop in’s. If there’s room, and you’re able to participate in the class, your form of payment will be charged (if there’s a fee for the class). Unfortunately, if there’s not room, please return to the desk to make sure your account isn’t charged. If we missed you and charged it too quickly, let us know and we’ll get you a refund or credit. (after 24 hrs)
STAGES FLIGHT – CYCLING
Focused on the holistic indoor cycling studio experience, Stages Flight is where entertainment meets training. It is an interactive group display system that allows each rider to work to their optimal training level individually while in a group environment. Used in our Group Cycling classes
