Classes designed for our older community members who exercise to feel good, keep bone mass and muscle, get their heart pumping and socialize a bit. It is important to move to stay independent and maintain a healthy lifestyles.
Class examples: SilverSneakers Class and Chair Yoga
Our Cardio classes are designed to work your whole body, burn calories and increase your metabolism. From 30 minutes to 60 minutes these classes will get your heart pumping.
Class examples: Body Combat, Sprint, Zumba and Grit
A low impact way to burn serious calories and push your mind mentally to places you never imagined. Using a program called Stages Flight where entertainment meets training. Instructor led with an interactive group display system that allows each rider to work individually in a group environment.

Les Mills is an evidence-based exercise program, around for nearly 40 years, that has multiple platforms. Class is designed with uplifting beats and each song is choreographed specifically to get you the best results.

These low impact classes are available within multiple disciplines. Find a deeper connection to your inner spirit with Yoga or Pilates. Feel elegant and strong with Les Mills Barre.
By lifting and targeting individual muscles with weights and bands you will burn more body fat. Build muscle in Les Mills Bodypump and target your thighs and core with Les Mills Core.

Water classes offer a resistance and buoyancy that cannot be experienced with regular ground-based exercises. Low impact, lower your blood pressure, increase bone density, correct body posture, relieve pain and build muscles.

Members of the Y can register at any time for a fitness class. Guarantee you will have a spot every week in your favorite fitness classes by registering either on-line or at the welcome desk. Member registration opens 2 weeks prior to the start of the session. You can register for classes at any time once the session has started, and the fee will be prorated based on availability within the class and number of weeks left within the session.
Not a member of the Y, but want to join a fitness class - GREAT. Participants who are not members of the Y can register for a fitness class for the session. General Public registration dates open 1 week after Y member registration is open. You can register for classes at any time once the session has started, and the fee will be prorated based on availability within the class and number of weeks left within the session.
Unable to commit to the full fitness session, but would like to still participate when your schedule allows - "DROP IN". Attend your favorite class any time there's room. Make sure you have a form of payment linked to your account. Get a drop in card for your favorite class as early as 1hr up to a few minutes before the class begins. The instructor will help let you know if there's room for drop in's. If there's room, and you're able to participate in the class, your form of payment will be charged (if there's a fee for the class). Unfortunately, if there's not room, please return to the desk to make sure your account isn't charged. If we missed you and charged it too quickly, let us know and we'll get you a refund or credit. (after 24 hrs)
Something came up and you can't make it to your scheduled class you signed up for. No problem! You can attend any similar class and make it up for free - up to 2 times within a fitness session. Stop at the desk, get a drop in card and share with them the details of it being a make-up class.
