In order to give all individuals, children and families the opportunity to participate in the Y's high-quality, character building programs, we offer financial assistance through membership and programming scholarships. Scholarship applications can be picked up at our Welcome Desk or download below.

Working side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. 

Anyone who would like to be a member. We have amazing community partners that make this possible. If you are applying for financial assistance, that cannot be done online. Please call 906-863-9983 for further assistance.

Eligibility for financial assistance will be determined by the appropriate staff, based on a thorough review of the application and at times a personal appointment with the applicant. The length of assistance will not exceed twelve months. You will be asked to complete a new MFA form for all renewals.

Applications have a 1-3 week turn around time.
