Learning USA-Gymnastics skills required for invitation to Gliders competitive team, beginning Level 1 to intermediate instruction. No experience needed. Class includes: dance, strength and flexibility training, skills on uneven bars, beam, vault and floor.

Coed Flip & Tumble

Ages 3-12

45 minuet class for youth ages 3-12 with the purpose of learning the basics to advance tumbling skills on a spring floor. This class will focus on handstands, back walkovers, cartwheels, round offs, and back hand springs!

Ninja Training

Ages 3-5 & Ages 6-12

Inspired by American ninja Warrior. This interactive class encourages high energy, obstacle courses, swinging on bars, trampoline jumping, climbing and other ninja skills.

Preschool Gymnastics

Gymne Cricket and Tiny Tumblers

Ages 3-6

This class introduces level 1 skills from the Junior Olympic Gymnastics Program. Using all the official gymnastic apparatuses and more. Fun, play, creativity and friends are at the heart of this class! Great for all kids to get some activity!

Wiggles

Ages 1-5

A class for parent and child to explore the fun of gymnastics. Instructors will direct you & your child through obstacle courses for coordination and motor skills while jumping, running, and laughing. Balance on the beam, tumble on the wedge, and even swing on the bars.

A great way for you and your kiddo to make new friends!
