When your company joins our Workplace Wellness program, you are making an investment in your company’s most valuable resource—your employees. It's a fact that healthy employees are more productive, have lower healthcare costs and fewer medical claims.
A wellness program is an enticing incentive for current and prospective employees, and it has significant benefits for your organization, too. All leading to greater employee satisfaction and retention.
Match Incentive: The Y will match up to $10.00/month or $120/year per membership.
Waived entry fee. Wellness coaching. Y representation at your company health fair.
Access to community wellness events. Monthly usage and invoicing.
The best way for us to service you is to understand your goals and company culture. From there, we will craft a more comprehensive wellness programs and services offered at the Y and on-site at your company's location.
We hold a handful of Corporate Wellness Events a year where businesses compete against each other. Event examples are blind man volleyball, softball, bean bags and the ever so popular Corporate Challenge. You do not have to have a Corporate Member to participate. (hopefully coming back soon!)
